1. Returns window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, in the same condition received, and include original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any sealed contents where applicable.
2. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos where relevant. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
3. Non-returnable items
- Items showing signs of use beyond reasonable inspection
- Items returned without essential parts, accessories, or packaging
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorised repair
- Software, digital codes, or sealed items that have been opened where return restrictions apply
4. How to request a return

- Your order number
- Your full name
- The item(s) you want to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
5. Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are usually processed back to the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable time for your payment provider to complete the refund.
6. Return shipping
Where a return is due to a fault, damage, or an error on our side, we will advise on the return process. For change-of-mind returns, you may be responsible for return postage unless otherwise agreed.
