UK consumers — cooling off

If you are a consumer in the UK, you usually have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving your goods (the “cooling-off” period), subject to exceptions below. You must tell us clearly that you wish to cancel. We will confirm next steps, including the return address.

Change of mind

Where we agree to a change-of-mind return outside mandatory rights, items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories, and suitable for resale. We may refuse a return if packaging is damaged or seals are broken on products where hygiene or resale value is affected.

How to start a return

Email te***********@***il.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. Do not return goods until we have replied with instructions and the correct returns address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund using the original payment method where possible. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or card provider. Original delivery charges are refunded only where required by law or where we have agreed otherwise.

Faulty or not as described

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us as soon as you notice the problem. We will repair, replace, or refund in line with your legal rights. We may ask for photos or other reasonable information to resolve the issue quickly.

Return postage

Unless we agree otherwise or the law requires us to cover postage, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Use a tracked service and keep proof of postage.
