30 days from delivery
UK consumers — cooling off
If you are a consumer in the UK, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
In addition to your statutory rights, TECH STAR UK LTD offers a 30-day return period for eligible items, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Change of mind
Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories, and suitable for resale. We may refuse returns if packaging is damaged or seals are broken where resale value is affected.
How to start a return

Do not send items back until we confirm the correct return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
Delivery charges are refunded only where required by law or agreed.
Faulty or not as described
