Processing and dispatch
We aim to process and dispatch in-stock items within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
During busy periods or sales, dispatch may take a little longer. If there is an unusual delay, we will let you know.
Delivery options and timescales
Available services and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on your address and the carrier. Estimates are not guaranteed and do not include delays caused by customs, weather, or the courier.
UK delivery
Standard and express options may be available. Typical UK transit times are within the timeframe shown at checkout.
International delivery
Delivery time and cost depend on destination and service. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply and are usually your responsibility unless we state otherwise at checkout.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will send tracking details to the email address used on your order where the carrier provides tracking.
Address and failed delivery
Please check your address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional postage may apply, or we may offer a refund of the product value in line with our Refund Policy.
